Solutions

To help this client achieve its professional goals, Gibson provided a package of complete electrical contracting services. Installation of a separate dedicated electrical service and distribution system serving the client’s two floors of data center was key in maintaining the client’s move in schedule.

In addition to the new service, an emergency generator and a battery UPS system was installed for the client’s sole backup power requirements to provide N+1 power support to the data center operations. Gibson installed a complete structured cable system including data center build out and riser provides high-speed inter-connectivity of the data center with the clients office suites.

The remaining build-out of twenty-five floors of offices included two complete high-end conference center floors with state of the art conferencing ambience controls. Other work included installation of lighting fixtures, electrical receptacles, voice/data structured systems and life safety within the tenants space.
